Lily and Shona, two amazing Melbourne designers have created Cook Book as a fundraiser for the Melbourne Museum of Printing. It is beautiful and handmade in an edition of 250, and will be on sale at the Design Market this Sunday. I highly recommend everyone check it out.
I was scrolling through friends to invite to the Facebook event of the sale and not being able to select you two killed me. There’s even going to be homemade lemonade. Sigh.
Oh shit, I just gave my dad all my lemons in return for lawn mowing services. If only I had known about the lemonade. Maybe my tree can quickly grow some more…
My mum is sending me down with a barrelload of lemons from our tree in Traralgon, so don’t worry. Lemonade for all!
saaaaaaaaweeeeeeeeet.
Possibly my greatest home improvement effort ever. Letraset from the Caulfield newsagent, and perspex gleaned from a dumpster in Brunswick. Also, note the freshly mowed lawn in the background, my dad is awesome!
And jewelery that looks like this.
I make bags that look like this. They’re hand printed and hand sewn and designed by me. They will be available at Tash and my Massive Yard Sale on Saturday. I implore you people of Melbourne, come buy our stuff. Heaps of vintage stuff for sale too.
